It uses AT&T’s fast and reliable network to give you full coverage for data, calls, and texts.
What is an eSIM?
It’s a digital version of a traditional physical SIM. It works in the exact same way, but there’s no hassle trying to get a tiny card into your phone. All you need to do is activate it.
Can I keep my phone number?
Yes you can! You’ll be asked to complete two steps when you sign up to port your number.
Can I get a new phone number?
Not right now. You can only port your current number to Cleo Mobile.
How long will my number take to port?
It should be ported within minutes, but it can take up to 24hrs. You’ll be emailed if there are any issues or if we need any more information from you.
Can I still use my current carrier and number while it’s porting?
Yes you can. So don’t worry, you won’t be without a working mobile service at any point.
Can I use my phone outside of the U.S.?
Your plan includes unlimited data roaming in Canada and Mexico, but in no other countries. You can only use your unlimited calls and texts to U.S. phone numbers while in the U.S.
How much does Cleo Mobile cost?
You'll pay $40 for the plan, and it's offered as an addition to your Cleo subscription. Monthly prices are:
Plus + Mobile: $45.99 (including Plus features)
Builder + Mobile: $54.99 (including Builder features)
Pro + Mobile: $48.99 (including Pro features)
When should I cancel my current phone plan?
Once your number has been ported and you have activated your Cleo Mobile eSIM, you can cancel your current (soon-to-be ex) phone plan.
Am I locked into a contract?
Nope. You’re free to cancel your Cleo Mobile plan and there are no cancellation fees.
What happens if my phone is lost or stolen?
Contact customer support as soon as you can to cancel your Cleo Mobile plan. This stops anyone using your service.
How do I request my cash advance boost?
Go to Request to see if you’re eligible. If you are, the $50 boost will be added to your first cash advance of every month.
How long do I get my Cleo Plus/Builder/Pro subscription for?
For as long as you like! If you cancel Cleo Mobile, your Plus/Builder/Pro subscription will stay active unless you choose to cancel it separately.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my Cleo Plus/Builder/Pro subscription with a Cleo Mobile plan?
Not right now. To switch your Cleo subscription tier, you’ll need to cancel your current subscription and Cleo Mobile plan first, then sign up again to your new tier and Cleo Mobile.
Can I track my hotspot usage?
Not right now. You have 10GB of hotspot data that’s renewed monthly, but you can’t track your usage. Don’t worry, you’ll be able to soon.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If you don’t pay within 7 days of your payment date, your Plus/Builder/Pro subscription and your Mobile plan will be cancelled.
How do I cancel my Cleo Mobile plan?
Go to your Cleo Mobile dashboard
Scroll to the Manage Mobile section
Select Unsubscribe
Cancelling Cleo Mobile won’t affect your Plus/Builder/Pro subscription.
If you want to bring your phone number to a different carrier, contact customer support.
