How do I delete my account?
Go to Chat
Tap your profile icon
Select Your details
Select Delete your account at the bottom of the page
Once your deletion request has been processed there's no going back. 💔
What happens to my transaction and bank details when I delete my account?
All of your transactions and bank account detailed will be deleted permanently. Access to your financial details is always read-only through Plaid, a secure third-party provider – this access is terminated when you delete your account.
How do I delete the Cleo app?
Follow your device's instructions for removing apps. Please note that doing this will not delete your account or cancel your subscription, if you have one.
