Flip the Exclude from budget switch

How do I categorize a transaction as an expense?
You can categorize any transaction as an expense to exclude it from your budget an insights.
Go to Spend
Tap the transaction you want to categorize
Tap the category icon and select Expenses
Select if you want that specific transaction or every transaction at that merchant to be classified as an expense
