Why did my bank account disconnect?

Your bank accounts are linked through Plaid, a third-party provider that provides read-only access to your financial information and keeps your data safe. πŸ”’ Plaid's authorization expires every 90 days, after which you'll need to reconnect your account.

If you connected your bank less than 90 days ago, your account may has disconnected because

  • your banking details have changed

  • there was a drop in the connection with your bank

How do I reconnect my bank account?

You might get an email or a notification telling you that your bank account has disconnected. Tap the notification or the link in your email (while on your phone) to reconnect your account.

If your account has disconnected, you will also see a red banner prompting you to reconnect. Tap on the banner and follow the prompts to reconnect.
