How do I get a refund for the Cleo Builder subscription?

You've paid for the subscription and changed your mind

We’re really sorry that you didn't get what you wanted from your Cleo Builder subscription. If you have any feedback for us just hit up the team and we will see if we can persuade you back.

If you have already made your mind up, then just type "unsubscribe" to Cleo in the app and you will have the option to downgrade to Plus (and keep Cash advance, cashback and credit history and coaching), or off-board completely.

As per our T&Cs, if you cancel your subscription within 7 days of signing up then you'll be refunded your subscription payment. Please note, if you successfully requested a physical card during this 7-day time frame, you will not be eligible for a refund of your subscription.

⏰ Refunds can take 4 business days to process.

P.S. To clarify, deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. If you'd like to prevent further subscription charges, you must end your subscription before deleting the app. 🙏
