Why am I not eligible for a cash advance if I’m signed up for direct deposit?

How much do I need to deposit to get a cash advance? When will I become eligible for a cash advance?

Eligibility for a bigger cash advance is based on how much you’ve deposited through direct deposit in the past 30 days.

If your total deposits in that time are under $250, you won’t be eligible for a bigger advance yet.

It doesn’t matter if your paycheck comes weekly or biweekly — as long as your total direct deposits add up to $250 or more in 30 days, you’re good.

The more you deposit, the more you can request:

  • Deposit $250 per month to request from $50 up to $200*

  • Deposit $500 per month to request from $100 up to $300*

  • Deposit $750 per month to request from $150 up to $500*

*Eligibility requirements apply. Advance amounts range from $50-$500. Max advance eligibility can improve over time; any advance increases are applied in 1 - 2 qualifying deposits. Same day transfers subject to express fees.
