It's that sinking feeling when you get the little 'wrong password' jiggle on screen, or when you realize you no longer have access to the email you signed up with. But don't panic – here's how to gain access to your Cleo account again, and you can get right back to managing your money.
I forgot my password
Firstly, follow this link and reset your password. Once you enter your email address, Cleo will send you an email with a password reset link.
When you receive the password reset link in your email, please be sure to press on the link until you get a pop up option. Then, open it in your mobile browser instead of Cleo.
Make sure you enter your Cleo account email to receive the password reset link. If the email that is entered is not registered to a Cleo account, the link will not be sent.
I forgot which email I used
If you forgot which email you signed up with, Customer Support (email@example.com) can help find your account email. Reach out with all your emails at the ready, so the customer service team can locate the account for you.
I can’t access my Cleo account email
If you lost access to your Cleo account email, hold up – don't make a new account! Reach out to customer services who will help. They'll easily update your email account info: (firstname.lastname@example.org).
