Who is eligible to get a Cleo Card?
Anyone over the age of 18 with a valid SSN, birthdate, and address is eligible to apply for a Cleo Card.
What kind of subscription do I need?
You’ll need a Builder subscription, which allows you access to the Cleo Card and higher cash advances. Builder also unlocks additional features including automated Save Hacks and juicy interest to build up your savings.
PS: The Builder subscription also includes all features from Grow and Plus.
Your Builder subscription is $14.99 per month billed monthly, or $12.75 per month billed every 3 months. You don’t have to pay anything extra for the card or additional features.
How do I get the Cleo Card?
If you haven't subscribed to Builder, you can upgrade from Spend. Once you've subscribed, you'll be prompted to apply for your card.
If you already have Builder but don't have a Cleo Card, you can
go to Spend
tap Apply for your card or Finish set up on the card icon

How do I add funds to my card?
You can manually transfer money from an existing account to get started ($1 minimum), or you can use a cash advance.
To do this:
Go to Spend
Tap Add cash
Follow the prompts to add funds
As the Cleo Card is a secured credit card, the money goes to your card’s security deposit. This becomes the amount you can spend (your card’s available credit limit).
