Troubleshooting and fees
Why isn’t my bank connecting to Cleo Savings?
If you’re seeing errors about invalid credentials or active sessions, try this:
Disconnect all accounts linked to your bank
Log into your bank directly to confirm your login details
Log out of your bank and close all browsers or apps
Wait 15 minutes
Try connecting your bank again
An “active session” error means your bank thinks you’re logged in somewhere else. Logging out and waiting a few minutes usually resolves this.
Why did Cleo charge me? (Are there any surprise fees?)
You’ll only be charged for your regular Pro or Builder subscription. There are no surprise fees with Cleo Savings. And there are no fees for saving, withdrawing, or earning interest.
What should I do if a deposit or withdrawal doesn’t look right?
Email the customer support team and they’ll look into it for you.
