What happens if my subscription payment fails?
You won’t be able to access cash advance and other subscriber features until you’ve paid your subscription
The payment will be automatically tried a few more times in the month after the first failure. If none of these attempts go through, after a month your subscription will lapse and you'll need to sign up again
What if my payment failed but I need access to my subscription right away?
Check that you have enough money in your account
Make sure that your payment card isn't blocked or frozen
Watch out for a notification that your payment has failed – you'll have a chance to add a new card or retry the payment from chat
