Do I have a Cleo Plus subscription?

It's always good to know where your money's going, so here's some quick ways to check the status of your Plus subscription:

Your profile

Go to your profile by tapping the person icon in the top right corner of the Chat tab. If you have Cleo Plus, you'll see a star and the word "Plus" to the right of your name. If you're back to using the standard version of the app, it will show a heart and "Cleo Free".

The Borrow tab

If you've successfully canceled your Plus subscription, you'll see an ad for Cleo Plus.

If you you have an advance out, you'll be able to see the status of that advance, or you will be able to apply for one.


If you've canceled your subscription, you will also have received an email 💌 So double-check your inbox
