Can I change the account my cash advance was sent to?

I requested a cash advance and now I want to send it to a different bank account

Unfortunately, once you've requested your cash advance, the bank account you specified in your request can't be changed.

If you need your advance to go to a different bank account next time, you can change this from your profile.

  • Go to Ask Cleo

  • Tap your profile icon in the top right

  • Select Payment methods

From there, you'll be able to manage your connected bank accounts or add a new one.
