Yes, you can use your Cleo Card to withdraw money from an ATM. This is called a card cash advance.
What is a card cash advance?
A card cash advance is when you use your credit card to withdraw cash from an ATM or a bank.
It’s called a “card cash advance” because you withdraw money that your credit card issuer advances you. The money comes from a line of credit that is secured by the security deposit, not your bank account.
You can do this with your Cleo Card.
What are the card cash advance fees?
There’s a $2.50 fee every time you get a card cash advance. You may be charged more by the ATM provider.
What are my card cash advance limits?
You can withdraw 100% of your credit limit from an ATM. However, a daily withdrawal limit applies.
Daily withdrawal limit: $500 per day
Can I add money to my security deposit via an ATM?
No, you can’t add money from an ATM. The only way to add money to the security deposit of your Cleo Card is through the app.
