If you can’t find what you’re looking for in Payment help, ask in chat. If you can’t get help in chat and think the charge is wrong, contact customer support.
Why is my subscription price different than what I expected?
Subscription prices can vary depending on when and how you signed up.
Plus plans range from $1.99 to $5.99 per month, or $44.99 per year
Pro plans cost $8.99 per month
Builder plans cost between $10.99 and $14.99 per month, or $38.25 every 3 months
If your price is lower than expected, you may have locked in a special deal when you joined. Your fee may also change if you upgrade or switch plans.
To double-check your recent subscription payments, head to Payment help in the app through your Profile.
What’s this fee for a cash advance or express payout?
You can view your advance and express charges anytime in Payment help.
If you’ve taken a cash advance and chosen express payout, you’ll see a small fee for getting your money faster (usually within 24 hours instead of up to 4 days).
The fee is added to your cash advance repayment.
If you don't have enough money in your account, we may take a partial payment (if you opted in) and make future attempts to repay your advance while your debit authorization remains active.
