What is a passcode?
A passcode is different from your PIN. You'll use your passcode to:
view your card details in Spend
unfreeze your card
change your PIN
What's the difference between a passcode and my PIN?
Your PIN is the 4-digit number you'll use to verify purchases with your physical card or to use your card at an ATM.
How do I reset my passcode?
If you've forgotten your passcode, you can reset it from any screen that asks for it. For example:
Go to Spend
Tap Card details
Tap I think I forgot the code
Follow the prompts to reset your code
