I know, it’s frustrating. You are hyped to sign up for Cleo Plus, but in the process you get stuck on the processing screen. The good news is, there’s a reason, which means a solution!

How to fix

The reason this occurs is your Cleo account needs to be verified by our third-party so that you can access all the available Cleo Plus features.

To fix this, you will need to submit verification documents such as a government ID, passport or a driver’s license.

Once you have your document(s) at hand, please contact our support team and we can investigate further and solve this problem for you.
