It’s money added to your eligible cash advance** amount.
How do I get one?
First, your eligibility will determine if you can earn a boost.
If you are eligible for a boost, you need to interact with a feature that offers them. The most common way to earn one is to apply for and set up a Credit Builder Card*** with a qualifying transfer to your card’s security deposit. Qualifying transfers can be either a predetermined amount of your own funds, or a cash advance.
Boosts are sometimes offered as rewards for referring friends†.
How big of a boost can I get?
Boost eligibility and amounts are determined by many factors, just like cash advances. You'll see the boost amount you're eligible for - if you are eligible - when you interact with a feature that offers them.

In certain instances, yes. However, this is not guaranteed.

For now, either those who are eligible and apply for a Credit Builder Card with a qualifying transfer, or those who are eligible and refer friends.
When can I take out my cash advance boost?
Whenever your next cash advance becomes available.
Have a cash advance out? The boost will be applied to your next cash advance after you repay that one.

Repayment
How do I repay a cash advance boost?
Just like other cash advances. When you take an advance, you select your repayment date. You’ll repay your boost on the same day as the advance because it’s part of your advance amount.

Type "extend repayment" in chat.

A partial payment may be taken (if you opted into this), and an attempt to take the rest might be made later while you have “debit authorization” active.
