How do I activate my Cleo Credit Builder Card?
All you need to do in order to activate your card is successfully complete the Cleo Credit Builder Card sign-up flow.
Once you’ve done that, you’ll be able to view your card details and make purchases by tapping the card details button in the spend tab
Remember: you’ll need your passcode to view your card details
While you're waiting for your physical card to arrive, you will be able to spend online using the virtual card. Type 'virtual card' in the Cleo app for more details. Just remember to update your card details once your physical card arrives.
How do I freeze (temporarily block) my card?
If you’d like to freeze your card and block transactions, you need to go to the spend tab:
👉 Tap on "freeze my card"
👉 This button will magically transform into 'unfreeze my card' once your card is frozen
👉 Tap there as soon as you're ready to unblock
My card has been damaged, lost or stolen. How do I order a new one?
Spend tab again 👀
👉 Just tap "replace card"
👉 You'll be taken through a flow to replace your card
👉 Your balance will appear on your new card as soon as you reactivate it
FYI your new card should arrive within 5 days
How do I cancel my credit builder card?
You'll also find this in the spend tab (we love it there)
👉 Tap "manage my card"
👉 Scroll down to "I've got questions"
👉 Choose the option to close your card account
FYI make sure you've paid off the balance on your card and canceled any direct deposit settings before you cancel 👋
