We launched BIG BENEFITS ENERGY in 2022. The launch of a new benefits philosophy marked our commitment to making our people feel valued by enhancing their financial, physical, mental & workplace health.

As we grow, we’re committed to reviewing our benefits offering each year.

In the first half of 2023, we’ve had over 30 new team members join Cleo. We’ve recently reviewed our policies to reflect the fact that we’re a bigger company with a whole lot of ambition.
