Cleo is the sponsor (“Sponsor”) for the Money IQ Giveaway (“the Giveaway” or “the Sweepstakes”)

THIS SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO UNITED STATES LAW. DO NOT ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES.

Entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes your acceptance of these Official Rules

Dates:

The Sweepstakes takes place weekly on Monday, beginning at 7AM ET Monday 6th July 2026, and ending at 6PM ET Sunday 12th July 2026. No further entries will be considered once this deadline has passed on each week.

Who May Enter:

This Sweepstakes is open to US residents, aged 18 years or over, who are users of the Cleo app; except for employees of Cleo and their close relatives (parent, child, sibling or spouse of any of the foregoing) and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.

How to Enter:

Eligible Entrants (“Entrants”) must:

Have downloaded the Cleo app (download is available at no cost).

Have at least one (1) bank account connected to the Cleo app with sufficient account activity in order for Cleo to generate personalized finance questions for the game.

You can enter Money IQ by clicking on the prompt in the Spend tab in the Cleo app within the running hours of the game..

[Entry Mechanic] To gain entry to the sweepstake, entrants must complete the Money IQ quiz in the Cleo app within the one hour window listed above. The entrant will receive 18 entries for completing the quiz and additional entries based on their performance: 9 entries for each correct answer (up to a maximum of 5) and 18 additional entries for a perfect score (5/5 correct answers). In addition, entrants can receive 10 entries for sharing their score.

If you have any issues completing Money IQ in the requisite time period or believe that any of the personalized finance questions are in error, please contact CS at team@meetcleo.com for alternative entry.

Upon completion as stated above, the Entrant is automatically entered to win.

The Prizes (“Rewards”) are one prize of $4000 and twenty prizes of $25

The entrant may enter and complete the designated activity only once per event.

Notification and W9

The winner will be notified by email by no later than 3:30pm EST on the Friday after the sweepstakes closes. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not provide the necessary information in order to claim the Prize within 7 days of notification, Cleo reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. By playing the entrant agrees to to receive electronic communications regarding prize winning (if applicable) and agrees to provide by electronic means any requested information necessary in order to award the prize if won.

The winner of the $4000 prize will be asked to complete an IRS Form W9 prior to receiving the prize from Cleo. The amount of the prize will be reported by Cleo to the IRS in accordance with IRS regulations. Cleo reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner if winner fails to complete the IRS Form W9 within 7 days of Cleo’s request. Cleo does not provide tax advice, please consult your own tax advisor if you have questions or would like more information about your own tax situation.

Payment of Prize Money:

The winner will receive $4000 or $25 in pre-paid visa cards. The gift card will be transferred to the winner within 7 days of being notified.

Miscellaneous:

Number of entries is based on the number of Money IQ questions answered successfully.

Winners are selected at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Cleo and or its agents.

Cleo accepts no responsibility for entries not received, nor for incomplete entries. Cleo is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any Entrant by any third party connected with this Sweepstakes.

Cleo reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition without notice.

Cleo’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding such decision(s).

The Prize(s) are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prize(s) are not transferable. Prize(s) is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any Prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Except as specifically provided herein, all applicable taxes and usage charges on Prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any Social Network, Social Media Network or any form of social media.

You are providing your information to Cleo and not to any other party.

Entrants agree that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and held at the AAA regional office nearest the Entrant’s residence; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than Entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

No entry may contain any offensive or vulgar content or depict any pornographic or illegal act. Any entry containing inappropriate content, as determined by Cleo in its sole and absolute discretion, will be considered ineligible and will not be part of the Sweepstakes. By submitting an Entry, each Entrant agrees his or her Entry complies with these Official Rules. Each Entrant also agrees that Cleo may disqualify the Entrant from the Sweepstakes if Cleo believes, in its sole and absolute discretion, that an Entry fails to comply with these Official Rules. If Cleo rejects any entry, such Entry will be disqualified and will not be considered a valid entry.

By participating in this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to release and hold Cleo and its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, representatives, agents and employees, from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with, either directly or indirectly from: 1) the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize awarded herein; or 2) participation in the Sweepstakes or any prize related activities.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants and Cleo in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Delaware, USA without regard to Delaware’s choice of law rules.

By accepting any Prize from Cleo, the winner(s) consent(s) to Cleo's use of their name and image in any publicity material for legitimate business purposes, which may include advertising and promotional activities, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
