Cleo AI Inc. is the sponsor (“Sponsor”) of the Save & Save Sweepstakes (“the Sweepstakes.”)
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. The Sweepstakes may not be available in all states and is VOID WHERE PROHIBITED or restricted by law.
THIS SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO UNITED STATES LAW. DO NOT ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES.
Entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes your acceptance of these Official Rules:
Dates:
The Sweepstakes takes place beginning on June 19, 2026 at 12:00 AM EST and ending on July 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST. No further entries will be considered once this deadline has passed.
Who May Enter:
This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Cleo and their close relatives (parent, child, sibling or spouse of any of the foregoing) and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or administration of the Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter: Eligible Entrants (“Entrants”) must:
Visit the SAVE & SAVE Sweepstakes landing page during an active entry period.
Complete and submit the official entry form.
Provide a valid email address.
Agree to these Official Rules and Terms & Conditions.
A SAVE & SAVE entry period may be activated when the United States Men's National Team records three (3) or more goalkeeper saves during a designated FIFA World Cup match.
Upon completion of the entry form as stated above, the Entrant is automatically entered into the Sweepstakes.
No purchase, subscription, or payment is required to enter.
Entrants are not required to subscribe to Cleo+, purchase any product or service, connect a bank account, or use any paid feature in order to enter or win.
There are no limits on how many times an Entrant may enter during the Promotion Period; however, unless otherwise specified, an Entrant may only win one (1) Prize.
Prize
Twenty-five (25) winners will each receive one (1) month of Cleo+.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each prize: $5.99 USD.
Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of all prizes awarded during the Sweepstakes: $149.75 USD.
Winners will receive their Cleo+ subscription within seven (7) days of being selected and successfully verified by Sponsor.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winner Selection
25 winners are selected at random by software from all eligible entries received and verified by Cleo and/or its agents.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Notification (Choose appropriate option for the cadence of Sweepstakes winner notification)
Potential winners will be notified by email within seven (7) days following the applicable drawing.
Potential winners must respond to the notification email within seven (7) calendar days of the initial notification in order to claim their prize.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, declines the prize, or is otherwise determined to be ineligible, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the potential winner and select an alternate winner.
Sponsor may attempt to contact an alternate winner until the available prize(s) have been awarded or Sponsor determines that no additional eligible winners can be identified.
Payment
Cash prizes will be awarded within seven (7) days of winner verification and acceptance.
Subscription prizes and non-cash prizes will be delivered within a reasonable period following winner verification.
Miscellaneous:
Limit to one (1) prize winner per entrant unless otherwise specified.
Cleo accepts no responsibility for entries not received or incomplete entries.
Cleo reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or amend the Sweepstakes without notice where necessary.
Cleo's decision regarding all matters related to the Sweepstakes is final.
Prizes are non-transferable and are subject to availability.
Except as specifically provided herein, all applicable taxes and usage charges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with FIFA, Instagram, TikTok, X, Meta, YouTube, or any social media platform.
Entrants are providing information to Cleo and not to any third party platform.
Entrants agree that any disputes arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually and exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
By participating in this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Cleo and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, and contractors from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of a Prize.
All issues concerning these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
Privacy
By accepting any Prize from Cleo, the winner(s) consent(s) to Cleo's use of their name and image in any publicity material for legitimate business purposes, which may include advertising and promotional activities, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
