Dates:

The Sweepstakes begins on 30th October 2023 at 12 AM PST/3 AM EST and ends on 26th November 2023 at 11:59 PM PST/2:59 AM EST. No further entries will be considered once this deadline has passed.

Who May Enter:

This Contest is open to US residents, aged 18 years or over, who are users of the Cleo app; except for employees of Cleo and their close relatives (parent, child, sibling or spouse of any of the foregoing) and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.

How to Enter: Eligible Entrants (“Entrants”) must:

1. Have downloaded the Cleo app (download is available at no cost)
2. Have at least one (1) bank account connected to the Cleo app, in order for Cleo to pay prize money if entrant is a winner of the Grand Prize
3. Have a TikTok or instagram account or create one for no cost (www.instagram.com or https://www.tiktok.com). Entrants must agree to TikTok and/ or Instagram Terms of Service and/or Twitter’s Terms of Service in order to create an account and in order to participate in this Sweepstakes.
4. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are visible on the Cleo blog.
5. Entrants must enter and finish the 2023 Main Money Character chat flow in the Cleo app. Entering the 2023 Main Money Character chat flow can be triggered by typing “ Money Main Character” to Cleo in the Cleo app. Entrants must complete the chat flow by placing a vote and click to TikTok after the chat flow and follow Cleo on TikTok and/or Instagram to enter into a Grand Prize draw of $250. There are no limits on how many times a User may enter and complete the 2023 Money Main Character chat flow, however the User will only be entered once per day into the Grand Prize Draw.
6. Upon completion as stated above, the Entrant is automatically entered to win the Grand Prize of $250.

Notification

1. The winner will be notified by email and app notification Thursday November 30th at 12pm EST. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 24 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

Payment of Prize Money:

1. For the Grand Prize, the winner will receive a $250 lump sum cash payment. This payment will be transferred to the Winner’s Cleo Wallet within 24 hours of being selected.

Miscellaneous:

1. Limit to one (1) entry: There are no limits on how many times an Entrant may enter by publicly sharing a screenshot from Cleo’s Money Main Character 2023 chat flow and tagging @meetcleo on social media. However, the Entrant will only be entered once into the Grand Prize Draw.
2. Winners are selected at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Cleo and or its agents.
3. Users who share on social media outside of Instagram, Instagram Stories or Twitter are ineligible for entry into this Sweepstakes.
4. Similarly, users who share on social media as defined herein but do not tag Cleo as directed herein are also ineligible for entry into this Sweepstakes.
5. Cleo accepts no responsibility for entries not received nor for incomplete entries. Cleo is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any Entrant by any third party connected with this Sweepstakes.
6. Cleo reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to Entrants as soon as possible by Cleo.
7. Cleo’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding such decision(s).
8. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. Except as specifically provided herein, all applicable taxes and usage charges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

10. Entrants agree that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and held at the AAA regional office nearest the Entrant’s residence; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. 1. The winners will be notified by email and app notification by Monday November 16th at 12pm EST.
